Using green sand and resin sand casting methods, we manufacture castings up to 1000 kg with excellent consistency in graphite structure and mechanical properties. All molds are developed in-house using CNC-milled patterns, ensuring tight control over critical dimensions and repeatability across production batches.
We handle both raw and fully machined components, utilizing advanced CNC and CMM inspection systems. Heat treatment, shot blasting, and surface coatings (such as black bitumen or zinc plating) are available to meet your product’s functional and environmental requirements.
