Product Description
CI manhole cover is a metallic cover made of ductile iron, which mostly used for road construction. According to the application, there are 6 different loading classes, which are A15, B125, C250, D400, E600, F900 According to EN124.
D400 CI manhole cover is a heavy duty manhole cover, which can be used for main road, highway, and other heavy traffic applications. D400 means the loading pressure reaches to 400KN, loading weight is 40T.
E600 CI manhole cover is heavy duty manhole cover also, it`s widely used for main road and highway. Normally, D400 is quite enough for loading, but if considering the road always with very heavy big vehicles, the E600 class is a good choice.
The size and shape of CI manhole cover
There are many different sizes of CI manhole cover, 600mm diameter round design is very common in the market. Also, 600*600mm square is very common.
If you are looking for a different size, you can ask us, because we have many different molds for different sizes. If happen we have the corresponding size you need, you can save mold cost.

Loading class
Manhole cover loading class, there are 6 different class accoring to EN124 standad, it`s A15, B125, C250, D400, E600, F900. Different loading class means different application. Normally, A15, B125, C250 for pavement, depestrain, park; D400 E600 for main road and highway; E600-F900 for airport, dock.
